Im just happy to have what I have and although I could change alot of things but as for a GG porno queen, I have seen some of them up close and let me tell ya they aint always the hot chicks you think they are. If you mean you wish to look like that from what you see on the flicks then certainly some are very beautiful. I have TS friends that are stunners like that and they work very hard at it.

Lots of excercise, dieting, moisturizer and good living usually does it but if you dont have the looks to begin with then there are other solutions.

You don't say what you're starting with as far as height, weight, and proportion.  It is possible with lots and lots of money to pay for lots and lots of surgery to reach some approximation of a voluptuous woman.  The surgeries are difficult, the recoveries often painful, and there will be problems.  None of this is perfect.  As a fantasy, it's one thing.  The reality is so difficult that many people don't see it through.  There are no guarantees and no certainty that you'll be happy.  It is all irreversable.  Perfection is impossible.  You could decide it was all a mistake and end up taking a Smith and Wesson nap.  Why do you want this?
