Took the 1st dose tonight

After 6 months of jumping through hoops and dealing with therapists, Just took my first dose of Spiro and Estradoil. I just feel better now knowing the process has begun

Congrats! Enjoy the ride! There can be a real difference between expectations and reality when it comes to 'changes'. I recommend that you be patient. It is different for everyone. You must be so excited to taking this step along your path!

That's great; congratulations!!! 

I had to stop HRT last month, because my estrogen level was too high, and I started again today with half of my normal dose of estradiol valerate, but since my T is still really low,  I'm not taking spironolactone for now, and hopefully the E will keep the T low, so I won't need to take the spironolactone anymore.

Congratulations! I remember my first pills on Day one...21 May 2015. I was so giddy happy.
Enjoy the ride, just remember...It's a Scenic Drive, not a Speed Race.

It is almost impossible to do but if I might suggest it? Try to forget you are taking them. The changes pop up in what I think are cooler ways when you are not looking. That might just be me though.

Take care and try not to stress about it.  This is to help stop that.
