HERE'S THE SCHEDULE of workshops, panels, and more for this Sunday!

10:15am-11:15am: Navigating Healthcare Workshop: Moderated by Erica Wegener, trans resource coordinator for Outside In. Learn how to access trans health care: from getting insurance through filing a grievance, we can help you with your questions about navigating the bureaucracy of going to the doctor.

10:30am-11:30am: QTPOC Support Space: A welcoming space for queer and trans people of color. Hosted by Ime Kerlee and Jai Medina.

10:30am-11:30am: Veteran's Administration workshop. Veteran-specific advice for accessing medical care. Moderated by Lyles McFarland of Greater Portland Trans Unity.

10:30-11:30am: Trans Fertility Workshop. Facilitated by Jaqxun Darlin from Every Body Midwifery and Health.

11:30am-12:30pm: Parents of Trans Youth Workshop. Facilitated by Kate Kauffman of Brave Space LLC.

11:30am-12:45pm: Surgeons Panel: Meet area surgeons who serve our community-bring your questions! Moderated by Amy Penkin of OHSU's Trans Health Program.

Noon-1:30pm: Lunch

1:00pm-2:00pm: Keynote address and community town hall featuring Dr. Angela Carter of the Equi Institute.

1:00pm-4:00pm: ID Clinic: Ask questions and get started on the process to change your legal ID. Hosted by the Outside In ID Project and Neola Young.

2:15pm-3:30pm: Medical Panel: Meet local doctors who work with Portland's trans community and learn about their practices, policies and perspectives. Moderated by Andrea Zekis of Basic Rights Oregon.

3:00pm-4:00pm: Sex Worker Support Space: A peer space for queer and trans sex workers to share information and get support.

3:45-5:00pm: Mental Health Panel: Meet local counselors who work with trans, nonbinary, and gender questioning patients and learn about current and changing approaches to assessment and mental health support. Moderated by Jess Guerriero of OHSU's Trans Health Program.

4:30pm-5:30pm: Street Harassment and Transmisogyny- A Participatory Workshop for Trans Women, Femmes, and Everyone Else Who Gets Scared on the MAX. Moderated by Lyles McFarland and Madeleine Wegener of Greater Portland Trans Unity.

But wait, there's more! We will have OHP enrollers on hand all day long and representatives from Portland-area healthcare providers and community organizations tabling. Bring your friends! Bring your mom! Maybe not your dog unless it's tiny.
