Self Castration

Greetings, I am new to this forum.

I shot off my penis and was sent to the ER where I had one testicle removed under anesthesia. I would now like to remove my other testicle via my own hands for difficult to explain purposes.

What is the most painless and effective method there is for self castration?

Welcome to Susan's Place. Have a doctor do it. I strongly suspect you are transgender and if so, medical professional would deal with this in a safe and almost painless way. You are somewhat luck you survived this as there is a good deal  of blood flow down there and you could have died from loss of blood. We can't recommend an approach without medical assistance because the risk of you losing your life is far to great.

I would definite seek out a qualified gender therapist. if you don't already have one, are you planning on going future than the testicle removal .

Talk to a doctor about proper surgical removal, that way you have less chance of infection and, potentially, death.
