I just made an appointment to see a doctor about transitioning.

I couldn't get into any of the local clinics, so it is just a regular MD.

My nervousness is level is high.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I was also very nervous when i got my appointment
I actually recorded that moment and this is the second time I've now considered the fact it may be helpful for others to see that so they don't feel alone. For me i was happy and also nervous just relax its a big moment and it takes time to comprehend it's actually moving forward.  And if it's already hit then sometime it takes the brain a while to relax.
I know that's not the best advice to give but for me i just had to lay back remind me self it's all good and wait it out.
