Orchiectomy and Penectomy in South Africa (SBAH)

Hi. I am going for an orchiectomy penectomy at the end of the month. Can anyone please tell me what to expect like the pros and the cons and what the procedure involves. I am doing it at Steve Biko and I don't really know exactly what is going to happen and if the results will be worth it.

I'm a bit unclear on what procedures you are doing. You made another post about GRS which I'd take to mean vaginoplasty, but that's quite different to orchiectomy/penectomy.

Anyway, there's not a lot of  information about South Africa, but I found one post here 5 years ago.

Thank you for the link it is a bit outdated and the experience received is opposite to that in the link. Was hoping to get some updated information that is more recent.
