'RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- Rapid City Police say a man wanted in Portland Ore., on a murder warrant was arrested without incident Thursday in a grocery store parking lot.'
Nero was the Forum Admin here at Susan's Place for several years up to the time of his death.
