'Martine Delaney yesterday lodged complaints with the Tasmanian Anti-Discrimination Commission claiming a Liberal Party leaflet and Timber Communities Australia TV ads, which described same-sex marriage and intersex rights as "extremely dangerous, harmful and anti-family", violated Tasmania's incitement-to-hatred laws.'

Tasmania only changes laws regarding gays in 1997! Before that you could be imprisoned for being gay!!
