I spent the last few hours searching, and googling about transgender issues with insurance, but I'm not getting my questions answered. So does anyone know if medicaid or medicare would cover transgender issues, such as voice pathology, breast implants/mastectomy SRS, or anything else?

I'm going completely blank here.

Most likely very little of that however it depends on the state you live in. I think that California and other liberal states have better coverage than the more conservative states. Look for the medicare web site for your state and you may be able to get more information. Medicare should be pretty much the same where ever you live unless your supplemental policy has different coverage.
