You look pretty girly to me. If I had to pick something to give an opinion, I would say to find the right foundation and concealer to use on the bridge of your nose and your cheek bones. Other than that you look great. I actually envy your passability.
Your shoulders are fine as they are.
Your eyes are your biggest seller. You personally have great eyes. The way you hold them, really says feminine to me.
