"An 18-year-old man is set to appear in court charged with the murder of a transvestite found strangled in her home, police said.

Kellie Telesford was found dead in her flat in Thornton Heath, south London, on November 21, after friends raised concerns for her welfare.

Officers forced their way into the flat and discovered her body."
