So I am on the "under the tongue" Estradiol and just curious what happens if some of it is swallowed. Like I swallow a lot naturally and just curious is this going to affect anything?

Some is going to be swallowed and it doesn't make a huge difference. Under the tongue allows you to absorb more directly into your blood stream but what you swallow will be absorbed as well. Swallowing will allow your liver to have a first crack at it but your liver will still leave some in your blood stream. Just hold it as long as you can and don't worry about the rest.

Sub-Lingual aka "Under the tongue" is a bit of a hack (Oh how I hate that term) It just "Helps" the E staying in your blood vs letting the liver(?) summarily spitting it out the first time it sees it. Like Dena said some always gets by. Don't sweat it. Eat lots of Grapefruit. (I dinna say say that).
