Welcome to Susan's Place. I see mostly feminine though it's not clear in the image if you are wearing makeup. If your not, makeup would help until you are able to start HRT. After that, HRT should work relatively well with you as your features are relatively feminine already. It's also not shallow asking that question on this site. As a medical help site, we need others to see what we are unable to see. Others have asked the same question and they get useful feedback that makes their transition more successful.
