I used to be embarrassed by this, but now I don't care anymore. Though it is a little strange since I'm about 7 years older than her. I think partially it's because her songs (especially her early work) speak to the teenage girl in all of us. Also I think that since her music is constantly on, that it acts as a way for me to indulge my femininity, even in public, without anyone knowing.
