Hello

Firstly thanks for letting me join. I've been a fan for a while but signed up today and will be donating on Friday when I get paid x

I am 22 year old MTF I am having FFS in a few weeks in Europe and my PS is doing a brow lift, cheek implants, lip augmentation, and chinplasty. However he wont do a trach shave at the same time. I've read elsewhere that this can be done at the same time. Can anyone help me with this? I really don't want 2 surgeries.

Thanks a lot x

Welcome to Susan's Place. This is something you will need to talk to the surgeon about it could be the approach they would take might involve work in the neck region requiring more time that they intend on spending with you. The surgeon could also have other reasons but without asking it's hard to determine the reason. If it were just an incision across the larynx the surgery could be preformed fairly quickly however it would leave you with a scar that some are uncomfortable with.
