I had an appointment today so treated myself to lunch after in one of our side alley foodie places, which I love BTW.

I had a late breakfast of poached eggs, bacon, sausage and activated charcoal bread.

I had cooked it many times by accident but had never seen it served up before.  And yes it was advertised as 'activated charcoal bread'.
