Forum name change

Is it possible to change my forum name myself or does a moderator have to do it?

A moderator needs to do it. Verify your email address is still valid as you will receive a reactivation request. Failure to respond to the request will lock you out of your account. The first change will change your display name and the second which will cause the reactivation request will change your login.
