I used frozen lobster meat. I buy lobster meat at the store. I don't ever make fresh lobster.  No way I could put a live lobster into boiling water. Just.....NO! 😖

It's not canned. I buy lobster tails from a seafood market and freeze what's left over after I use it. Im told lobster looses some flavor and it changes the texture when its frozen. Yeah, don't care. Im not boiling a live lobster. 😖😫

Well I've heard you can crack their necks ie. kill them before putting them in the boiling water.

I wouldn't boil a live animal either, yuck!
Actully I've never even tasted lobster... Well I've eaten octopus and crabs etc. a few times.

I'm cooking chicken tikka masala for dinner  ! One of my favorite dishes!

Any of y'all find your way to Boston, the (real) lobster is on me.    I prefer mine in roll form.

A true lobster roll has a complete lobster in it, and if you don't find both claws you're allowed to hit the owner.
