IM TRYING TO BUY A BINDER AND U KNOW I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY BUT IT KEEPS SAYING CARD DECLINED OR IT SAYS THAT I NEED TO PUT IN A VALID CARD NUMBER?!!!!?!??!!?!?!?!?

Thus is strange. Maybe create a PayPal account and use that. Or email their customer services. You shouldn't be having any issues. Unless you're typing in something wrong

Sometimes my card will keep declining if I order things from outside the US. It's because my bank blocks the transaction until I call them to approve it which is a huge pain. Maybe yours is doing something similar for some reason.

Ughhhhh I really hope that's not the case for me because I'm 14 so I think it would be awkward and complicate things further. -Ethan
