Hi all,

Just a quick update, as I know Laurie will be fretting - therapy. Lots of it, and drugs. Some of those.

To quote a well known song, I'm currently comfortably numb - not great, but an awful lot better than the previous states of mind - I'm trying to move away from being the crazy in aisle 13. Part of the work I'm doing is to try to redevelop sleeping habits - which is helping cut down my time on the web (good to help curb the dwelling on things, bad as it's impacted the time that I'm here )
