Breast development - what would I experience?

I've seen girls talking about a 'tingling' sensation but I wonder if someone could tell me in a bit more detail what they experienced physically as their breasts were developing? One area I was wondering about was the nipples. Do they just start getting bigger, almost as if they're suddenly expanding in terms of width? Also what sensitivity differences did you notice in terms of the nipples. Mine are hyper sensitive already so I'm wondering how that might change. I'm not on HRT by the way.

You know that itching feeling you get when a wound is healing?  That is what my breast feel like when they are growing.  As for my nipples they are pretty much still the same size as before HRT.  I'm up to an A cup now and still going.  They do become more erect all the time so it looks like I'm always cold.

As for sensitivity, they hurt if anything touches them at times.  Just the inside of my arms brushing against them hurts.  Then when you wack one with a door that is almost like a kick to the testicles.  I pretty much live in soft shirts or bras.  Otherwise they get really irritated.

As for what you will experience, just remember everyone is different.  You might feel something completely opposite from me.

In the first month it felt like there was a different sensation throughout the chest area.  Like a fullness, but with no apparent .....anything.  Soon my nipples and areolae were tender and would increase in diameter by a 1/4 " and get puffy off and on, going back to "normal" in between.  About the second or third month my breasts started budding and got even more sore and itchy.  At times they were a big distraction with the ache and itch.  Learned to carefully pass through doorways!  In my forth month it seemed I had a growth spurt, very itchy!  Gain an inch in two weeks!  I'm a runner so supporting them became a must.  I'm on my 8th month on E and they appear rounder and fuller, but only a "B" cup.  I did go out for lunch with some other girlfriends here at Susan's and was told just the bra gave me a nice shape.  My avatar is of that day and I swear I have some cleavage!
And yes, ymmv!

I don't think it ever really goes away.  My wife still cusses and screams when one of the kids or pets jump on her boobs.

I have been on HRT for 4 months Estrodol and Spiro.  I have a large a almost b cup now. I had a tingle after about 2 weeks. Now my breasts are sore almost every night when I try to sleep. The pain comes and goes sometimes it is a light pain for 3 straight days, other times it is just a sensation like being touched. Ocasionally i have no feelings there but usually I feel something. I don't think my nipples have grown but they are very tender most of the time.

They can't all be like that though otherwise no woman would let anyone squeeze or suck them.

I've been on hormones for 8+ years. It hurts if one of them really gets whacked, but otherwise they're just sort of two big blobs of flesh that poke out on my chest. Go figure what guys think is so fantastic about that?

Mine never really hurt per say....they itch like crazy though.....Only time I feel "pain" is if I press on them.

Psychologically ingrained memories of breastfeeding I guess.

Just depends on the mood.

My girls started to grow a tiny bit in December 2015 but nothing to talk about. In May of 2016 I started with almost an electric shock kind of tingle and I had a plum size growth behind my nipples. I then started with tingling and pain all the time. Every wave of tingles would signify another change in size. The feeling is sort of neat as sometime they actually feel like they are moving on their own in my bra. Breast massage was necessary but painful and even today they are tender to the touch and darn don't bang them into anything. From May of 2016 to now I have developed very firm and perky( wife's words) breasts. I now fill a 40C bra and I am starting to quad boob most of them. Even my GP can't believe how fast they have grown. I've done a photo log of the growth and it's wild to see the difference. Since just before Christmas to now I have gained 1.25 inches on the breast size. When I can dost pics I will add some.
December 2015 noticed strange feelings moving in
December 2016 started to understand what my body has been telling me all my life, started wearing a bra for comfort full time
Spiro and dutastricide 2017
Mid year 2017 Started dressing and going out shopping etc by myself
October T 14.8 / 456
Came out to my wife in December 2017
January 2018 dressing androgenes and still have face hair
Feb 2018 Dressing full time in female clothing out at work and to friends and family, clean shaven and make up
Living full time March 1 2018
March T 7.4 / 236
April 19th eligard injection, no more Testosterone
June 19th a brand new freshly trained HRT and transgender care doctor for me. Only a one day waiting list to become her patient 😍

This is exactly how I feel. The amazing part is, how obsessed I was about breasts prior to transition and now that I have a pair of 40 D's, I could care less.

Not sure I subscribe to the "lumps of flesh" viewpoint.  My wife can orgasm through nipple and breast stimulation only, and my own boobs are wonderfully erogenous after hrt, far more than my other kit that makes me feel disphoric.

+1 on this-
My wife was playing with my nipples last night and it was all over. After about 2mos HRT I'm filling a 34A, which may not seem like a big deal, but I AM LOVING IT![emoji1380]

Christine,  for me, it is great when my wife plays with them, so I can see why women love that. I've been on HRT for a little over a year.  My breast are small.  Maybe an A cup.  A big difference from before HRT.  The first 3 months they hurt if bumped or squeezed.  Once that 3 months is over the tenderness is still there and depending on the bump may hurt a little.  The itching is probably the big thing.  Most of the first year they are very itchy.  It isn't that bad now but every so often.  I'm interested in the second year progress.

I haven't got any pain or itch yet. My girls are growing though. (11cm) My nipples aren't sensitive either, and yes they changed in size and looks.

Perhaps because I am pierced?

No pain even when you touch them or put slight pressure on them?
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

Honestly, no pain what so ever. I even told my endo, thinking it was the low dose when I started.
