Type of Wome Tops

I have being trying to add more T shirt like tops to my wardrobe for daily wear during the summers with my skinny jeans.
One of the t-shirt I like is the one rufled at side but dont know the name. Does anyone know ?

Skinny jeans are cute.. but the trick is if you have a skinny butt to go with skinny jeans, they just don't look nice.  That and something 'extra' poking out makes it even worse (well depending on ones view of course).

Not saying either is true   Just a random note & observation over the years.
