I actually found ... via multiple ping ponging phone calls between the NIH-GARD resource hotline (1-888-205-2311 btw)  and other resources.. someone to fix my issues!

There's a doc in arizona that has actually DONE the operation before apparently.  Connected the uterus to the vaginal canal. On that note... another doc...  Excuse me Mrs Dr. ****** your allegedly helpful to intersexed people approach telling me noone on earth does it is way off.    Not only did she (or her staff at least) tell me noone would help me they offered no recommendations whatsoever for help.   I couldn't believe it :(

Anyways, I left a message with the staff, but they assured me she has done this operation before. You can't believe how excited I am about this.  Maybe I'll finally be 'normal' (ish).  Maybe I"ll finally get this unrelenting freaking cramping fixed.  If things aren't already going rotten inside.  We'll see!!!!  I'll travel to the moon & back to get this pain resolved.

Oh...  When you said "fix", I thought you meant something else.   ;)
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

Its ... the best way I have to describe it, because literally they would be fixing something that is broken.  No I'm not getting spayed or neutered hehe.  Nature did a pretty damn good job at that.  Though the books still not written.

I know for a fact that has been done at initial SRS for an intersexed woman (though I don't know where) ... I did not know it could be done after SRS.

Good luck!

Thank you very much.   I had my genital repair done back in 2001 with Dr. Kunaporn in Thailand.  I'm pretty sure if he did see anything maybe he wasn't sure what to do with it.  I actually had suspicions back then, and I asked him if they saw anything different or unusual inside.  All he did was smile and say "You're all fixed, better now".

Nothing against him, its just possible noone knew what to do.. or he didn't.  Or it just looked strange, or they didn't see it or ... who knows.   I do know it was probably very immature at that point (Not well developed).  By the amount of muscular contractions, it sure is getting a workout the last few years though.

I just hope.. pray.. this doc will provide the answers and help I seek.

Thanks.. Well one struck out, apparently too many complaints and law suits means they don't do adult operations anymore.  In a way that's ok, it was a long distance away.

On the bright side I got glowing (actually multiple) referrals to another surgeon a lot closer that does it too.  She actually contacted me, the head of the department of gynecology that does the procedures, and my request didn't seem to phase her one bit!  Far better than the 'oh noone on earth does that' crap I heard before.

Anyways, in the process of getting all my information her way.  I'm going to insist she actually look at the MRI first.. a habit  EVERY SINGLE ONE of the doctors seem to have avoided, which I totally do not understand one bit. I understand reviewing what the radiologist said, but for gods sake when you have someone in my boat, you really need a better in depth look sheesh.  Surely that's not asking too much??

Hopes up again.  We'll see.  There have been so many disappointments over the last few years, HOPEFULLY I found someone interested enough and capable enough of helping.  Fingers crossed... again...
