I had gastric bypass almost a year ago and have been losing weight since then. I'm wondering how long I should wait before seeing about top surgery. Anyone else have input?

I had lost over 100 pounds, but not through gastric bypass. After I lost the weight I needed a tummy tuck and a brachioplasty to remove the loose skin.

When you lose weight as much as I have, you will always have loose skin to deal with. Wait until you lose as much weight as possible before you have the skin removed to avoid repeated surgeries.

I know that top surgery is a bit different, but skin is skin and fat is fat. The least number of surgeries to get you where you need to be is always preferable.
