Skin stuck to neck after voice surgery with doctor haben

So I either forgot or never read that you were suppose to put a warm wet cloth on your neck for 20 mins 3 times a day after the stitches were removed. I'm 34 days post op. I just started doing it yesterday. My neck skin is stuck to my throat where the incision is. There is no pain or anything. I don't know what I should do

So, I never got those post-op instructions when I hard surgery with him.  That did not happen to me, either.  So, I suggest emailing him.  He is pretty responsive.
