Hey all!!
So, I have my Orchiectomy scheduled for October 1st (YAY!!!!!)
My question is, How likely am I to still get and maintain erections after healing?
I've been on HRT since last October, have recently gone "dry" and can still have penile orgasms plus "Female" orgasms (WAY WAY WAY BETTER!!)
While it doesn't bother me either way, my Wife still very much enjoys sex using my penis and has some anxiety over "losing" it while it's still there. We have talked about it, and my decision is that if it stops working, I'll work towards vaginoplasty, otherwise I am ok with it.
Anyway...Erections after orchi? Probability? Usability?
Thanks ladies!!

I'm almost a year post orchi, it's still working.  :) Not at the same level of
glory, but that could be age related in my case, too (56).

My T is at the upper range of normal female levels.

Viagra seems to help if it's an erection and male orgasm I'm after.

Good luck in surgery!

Hugs, Devlyn

I'd say in the year (almost) i've been on hrt, I've lost nearly an inch.
For a while, the penile O's were more intense than previously, but now they've lessened to the point of being closer to a massage getting a tight knot out and the pressure releasing all at once. and then it's gone.
Female O's are way better, but also WAY different!! My brain keeps expecting that climax and down, but I don't get that. I get wave after wave of slightly less but full body racking wonderfullness. I don't  know how to explain it..... lol

When I went on E my ability for erections disappeared. Then after three months I started P also. They came back. I mostly dislike that fact but being on P make me feel so much more stable. Hope to be rid of the erectile tissue within the next year.  ;)
