I'm an unrepentant do-gooder.  I thought maybe looking on a brighter side might cheer everyone up.

Reasons Why My T-Girl Rocks

1.  I actually, really, truly get sympathy at THAT time of the month!
2.  There's no stupid machismo for me to put up with
3.  I feel more comfortable naked around her because she has most of the same insecurities about her body that I have about mine.
4.  She actually listens when I speak
5.  When we walk into a crowded room, all the guys are jealous of ME
6.  When we walk into a crowded room, all the guys want both of us at the same time
7.  I can cry unabashedly at a sad movie, show, song, book, etc. without being looked at like I'm from outer-space.
8.  When I sleep over I don't need to bring my own clothes, make-up, hairbrush, etc. I just use hers!
9.  We can go clothes shopping together without her sighing, looking at her watch, and looking pitiful
10. I can be sappy without making her nauseous or threatening to vomit.
11. I can do all those nice things that I've always wanted done for me and then drop monster hints so that the favor gets returned.  >:D
12.  It's a lot more to help dress in girl clothes than in guy clothes (guy clothes bore me)
13.  I can have a gripe-fest with her and instead of her just trying to solve all my problems to shut me up, she joins in
14.  Um, let's just say there's something to be said for lesbian lovin'  >:D
15.  She's a best friend and lover all rolled into one!

If there's anything anybody would like to add, feel free!

BTW:  This is only to express my opinion of my own girlfriend, and I don't expect everyone to feel the same way about their situation, I just wanted to put a positive spin on things!

Hello angelsgirl,

It is obvious that you are both truly happy.  In our situations happiness is just a dream for many.  Cherish and nurture what you have.

I'd have to say all of your points are right on target! I'm happy for you!

It's truly refreshing, angelsgirl, to hear from someone who looks at what they have and have gained rather than what they may have lost.

THANKS!
