I had a box fall on my breast today, and for the past week the left side has been tender. It's a different kind of pain more like a shock, but it hurt for a few minutes and went a way. My question is can I mess up development?
I mean I'm sure teenage girls get hit in the chest if they are in sports? Should I use a ice pack?
These new feelings are scary and exciting.
Thanks.

If you would hurt your breast tissue that but that it would hinder any development, you would not sit here and write on your device, you would be somewhere in a hospital ward!

You got a bad bruise (bruising ones ribs hurts like hell), and you might want to put an ice pack onto the spot, at which you got hit.  Ice it for the next 24 hours.   You might get a real black and blue mark there, but that goes away and your boobies will grow the normal way!
