I met with Susan today to gather some tools to maintain the links database. This is such a blessing because now we can write up a "Policy and Procedure" for future reference so whomever, takes our place down the line will be able to assume the responsibility without the learning curve.
I am calling for a volunteer or two to help write the policies and procedures as well as review and approve links that are submitted. Right now I have nearly 3000 sites available for review and submit for entry. If you have a spare hour or two a week that you can give to the cause, please give me a jingle. By myself I am not that bright, but with the help of my team I / we can accomplish anything. I have a pretty good track record of just that, which allowed proposals for companies like Honeywell and Boeing to save multi-millions of dollars in production costs. That bodes well with my desire to make our links base, the most legit, up to date, reliable and sought out information on the internet around the world to our transgender brothers and sisters.
So, if you would like to join the fun please send me a PM. Alright data manipulation is not necessarily fun but it can be lightened up considerably. It will also be a great learning opportunity to anyone wanting to enter the work force and seeking some experience. I can and would be happy to assist in finding and preparing for a job. I can't guarantee anything as that will depend on you but I can make sure you are prepared.
