Sweetie, if you don't have doubts, you probably aren't awake. Relax, give things time. You had good reasons to get to the point of starting HRT, they didn't magically disappear. The whole thing is a roller coaster. If it helps, think of it not as the start of a long journey in one direction, but as a fact finding mission to figure out your head. We can always use more info about what is right for us. You are being smart to explore and not bury your head in the sand.
