Hi, I haven't been here in years and it is nice to be back.  Since my previous time here, I have transitioned and have been a lot better off.  I am 50 and live in a reputed haven for trans people.  It is that, mostly.  Mostly.
My family still misgenders me and dead name me, even after 10 years, so I had a ceremony this year to declare them lost forever.  It hurts, but beats the alternative!
I am disabled, with hopes of near full recovery some year.  I am obsessed with Hello Kitty to this day(don'laugh, she is adorable!).  I have no local trans community and that is lonely.  I have a few friends in nearby cities, but no longer anyone close.
I am two years post-GCS on the 17th of Feb. and have vocal feminization next month, as well as FFS and BA consultations coming up.  I have been very fortunate in getting these.  I transitioned believing I never could get them.
I know many aren't interested in any or some surgeries and many more don't have access to them and I am grateful.  I do not, nor ever have, considered someone's surgical status to be any reflection of who they are, genderwise.  You know you and who you are, just as I know me.
I don't have access to a pc, so I am using my phone.  Which will limit my typing and reading somewhat.
I look forward to meeting new sisters(and possibly brothers, if any transguys come here) and making new friends.
I usually will not talk about food or even some clothing.  I am a longtime vegan.  Lets not argue about it here among friends!
