One of our daughters participated in a group motorcycle ride today. It set new world records for the largest simultaneous women's motorcycle ride and the largest women's only motorcycle gathering -- 1433 people! Yes, they coordinated with law enforcement to help with the traffic.

Stottie Girl

That's pretty cool Jessica. Those rides are pretty epic.

I remember when I first moved to my current house I was totally unaware that on Easter Sunday there was a charity mass bike ride that converged on the pub 100 yards away. I was just sitting chilling in my living room when all of a sudden, hundreds of bikers just decended completly blocking the road for over an hour. It was an incredible atmosphere. Everyone one was very friendly. The ride went to several pubs in the area collecting chocolate easter eggs that people had donated, before taking them all to a local childrens hospice. It was a lovely excuse for a gathering like that. Sadly the police eventually stopped it as they were saying it had to be insured and policed and there was a huge cost to doing that so it ended. I had it for three years though, quite the spectacle.

To have that many female riders though must have been pretty special.

My colleague who doesn't know I'm voice training said that my voice sounds more feminine now and asked if it was HRT. In explained and she said its great. My other colleague said my voice has suddenly come on loads in the last days. She does  know I'm training though.

I can basically sustain a low c.200Hz female like tone 90% of the time now. Just need to work it up and refine.
Seriously messed up and broken demigirl

Went to the gym today, en femme, for an hour of weights and cardio. It's not a "public" gym so it's never crowded, but the feeling is nice anyway. For me that is about as "daring" as I can manage right now. Tonight there's a party for a friend's 60th birthday and I will probably be very subtly andro-femme for that one.

Seeing a Bedlington terrier in real life. First became interested in these dogs after watching the Sisu films where the hero's faithful dog is a Bedlington terrier.

This was so very enjoyable, it made me happy and I just have to share.

I am still quite freshly out of my shell. I am only out to wife yet and I typically sport an andro-femme look when out and about so other peoples' normal reaction is none or "nice clothing" or "new hairstyle?". Yes, I am growing out my hair so that I can have a more femme style, and it seems it still has the waviness I had in my youth though now with salt-n-pepper and with a bit of receding hairline.

Anyway, party night yesterday and I found myself sitting with the ladies the whole night and it is so very enjoyable as compared to sitting with the men. One of the ladies asked if I am going for a braid (but I am not) and also more or less demanded to actually get to braid my hair when it is long enough.
This was the second time in a row that I ended up sitting with the ladies on party-night and I truly enjoy their company and the style of conversation and everything.

I'm going to a pride picnic today at 11 at a park.

Petunia

Last night I went to a 60th birthday party for the only transwoman I know.

My wife was getting ready and my wifes black eyeliner pencil had basically dried out.

She asked me if I had a black eye pencil.  I hestitated and went and got my makeup.

My wife said I have more makeup than her, I definitely don't.

I decided to put on a bit of concealer to cover some of the marks. My wife was fine with it and she blow dried my hair for me.

I wore my burgundy jeggings, women's ankle boots with a guys button up shirt.

The table had 2 guys, 9 girls plus me.

Although there were supposed to be no birthday presents, 2 of my favourite girlfriends gave me 3 sets of earrings.

They were labeled as men's but they all sparkle. So that made me happy. (One of those girls knows about Petunia)

And then one day you stop to find,
10 years have got behind you,
no one told you when to run,
you missed the starting gun

The two grandkids (yeah, I'm an oldie) visiting for a few hours. It's like having two small tornadoes roaming the house but it is totally impossible to be anything but happy and smiling.

Ah yes. The joys of being a grandparent. You get to be the Good Guy and give them soda and candy so they get all wound up. Then send them home for the parents to deal with.

Revenge skips a generation, but it is no less rewarding.
