Yes it's true they do not react to each other but I saw no difference personally. I think Paracetemol just doesn't work on me. My dad swears by them though.

I'm currently on Amitriptyline for Sciatica and you can combine all three with that.

Back was okay this morning so managed 5 1/2 hrs making the tilt front frame, heated the tomato and lentil curry base and put 4 fish fillets in. 20 mins later fish was cooked, good squirt of lemon juice worked as well.

Earned 10% of my food shop for today, saved £4.50!! But then I got some fishcakes I didnt need---------
Anyway just did some cooking and made cauliflower and potato curry and an apple and blackberry crumble. Fuel price has gone up 4p per L already, greedy lot as the fuel they are selling was bought at the old price.
Changed my bed, clothes wash on and vac cleaning done. Time for a sit down me thinks.

Still dank this morning and not so warm, more working out to do on the Herferod as top corners of bulkhead need scalloping to clear the tilt front frame (as I knew it would). Still trying to work out the hinge mechanism in my brain, it will be a build it as I go along job to see what works.
Youngest lad is coming down to my workshop tomorrow to service and fix his car, only time I get to see him!!!!

Back was proper tight this morning and weather is rubbish ,have to cook something for dinner as well. Forgot to take the frozen beef mince out so hope it defrosts soon. Must have had a rough night as well as the duvet was all on my side of my double bed, may be why my back hurts? Stuff to sort at home anyway like wash the bedding I changed last week.

After yesterdays "day off" I got on well making some trick hinges for the flip front, caught the back of my hand on something again. Thats 2 scraps on my left hand now, sign of getting old when skin goes thin.

While in the service, I did something stupid and launched a mortar round from my tank bare-handed. I didn't get my hand out of the way fast enough and got powder burns. While cleaning and bandaging my hand, my gunner looked at me and said:

"Gloves might have been a good idea."  Hint, Hint.

Had to walk away from getting the flip front to line up, it was doing my head in!! Just need a fresh day to sort it as I know what to do after thinking about it. Very windy today, will have to be careful not to lose my hairy hat! Food shop so not bad just flat to car and car into shop etc.
That was a good nights sleep, 8 1/2 hrs with one quick bladder call. Cuts to my finger/hand almost healed over night.

They had some work gloves in the supermarket so got a pair, also bought a cooked chicken that was reduced in price with todays date on it. Made a Jalfrezi, no sweet red pepper so roasted some sweet potato in the air fryer and used that.
Winter sky this morning, cold and clear. Body warmer and coat day, wintery showers possible .

I agree, Charlotte.  I am still waiting for Davina's cookbook: " A Mechanic's Guide to Excellent Currie."

Well I stayed in as I just could not feel warm, flat is 21C but I still feel cold. Bacon and scrambled eggs for lunch as I thought that might work but still chilly. Daft thing is feet are hot so its not circulation. Think I need a snooze!

Taking a snooze is the correct response in many situations, unless your driving.
