Davina's diary vol 3, life goes on... continued

Sister got the doc out to see mum, she is back on antibiotics and painkillers. Doc was also going to see if he could get careers back. I did leave it to my sister to sort out as I could see mum was not right as she is much better at stuff like this. I knew she was coming over later to do mums lunch.
  Not much hope of seeing the eclipse, darn great cloud in the way. Typical--------rest of sky clear!!

At mums till 2pm looking after her, sister stayed the night and had to sleep on sofa as full of books ,wool and junk!. I cleared it all so she can use it tonight, room needs a good sort out and hundreds of paperback books need to find a new home. Mum was in pain from her neck and had trouble eating and drinking, I went to docs on way home and he rang and said use the strong painkillers she had before. Mum said they made her ill but that was the bladder infection and sepsis so I hope they work this time. Have to babysit her again tomorrow morning till lunch time so no workshop time again.
  Still over 30C today but its breaking from tomorrow, we might even have rain!!

Have to stay at mums tonight, no mobile signal and no internet. We both said this morning she needs internet and a fall alarm. Looks like the painkillers are helping but she is still in pain when moving, she went back to bed this morning and I managed to do some weeding. Had to feed her lunch as it hurt to pick up the food. Packing a bag and going back in a bit.

Had to feed her breakfast, she did try but pain was to bad. She went back to bed ,sister taking over. Went home, changed and went down the workshop. Wrong repair kit for brakes so have that to sort, did a spot of welding and back home for 1.30. Back at mums for tomorrow morning, hope sister gets something sorted this week with help.

Mum sitting again till 3pm ,have to go there tomorrow morning for a bit. Got car booked in for inspection on 24th. I half filled mums garden rubbish bin this morning, there is enough stuff to weed/cut back to fill it!
 Messaged about my coil overs to see when they will be done, we are waiting for you to send measurements they said. Yup the ones I sent in June and still showed on E Bay Sunday as sent that have strangely vanished now, mmmmmmm conspiracy theory anyone!!
 Had to go to Docs and say where is my repeat patches,  by the time I got home (like 2mins) Doc had sent it down to chemist and they messaged me to say we will tell you when its ready! At least something works.

Sister working this morning so I mum sat again, physio came to asses mum and gave her a polite telling off for making her neck worse by tensing it up. I had been telling her for over a week to relax and drop her shoulder. Anyway she has exercises and we will see if we can get better pain meds.
  Meanwhile back home and making pasties for dinner, filling cooling and home made pastry in fridge chilling.

As sister is mum sitting all day I was going down the workshop early till I got a text saying my front coilovers will be delivered today between 10.40 and 11.40, need to stay in as this delivery company have a habit of not leaving stuff if you are not in. Late down the workshop then!

That is a narrow one hour delivery window.  I wonder if they will deliver in that forecasted timeframe, or if they update it and let you know, then if they make that updated timeframe.
