Hi, I was able to get logged in. I'm one of those lucky ones with a private domain hosted on Gmail and the reset password emails never came through. But luckily my secret question apparently hadn't changed since 2019  :o so I was able to use that.

I'll need to trouble the admins to change my name eventually. I'll put in a request elsewhere.
