Sorry to hear about your shoulder injuries.
  We recently had the vet float the horses teeth. Even sedated my horse was a handful and tossed them around. I've learned to just step back. Worming is a breeze, I give them horse muffins then after 2 or 3 have the wormer tube through the muffin and in it goes. One shot and then they are wise to it, so don't miss.

I was leading my sisters Welsh pony when he decided to get frisky and ran pulling the lead from my hand, he then kicked his hind legs at me. Luckily I was side stepping and he just gave me a glancing hit on my hip. He was a handful but my sister kept him under control.

I had taken my wife's favorite saddle and had some custom work and repairs done to it. It was fitted to her and was amazing work. She put it on a paint we still have. The horse lay down and tried to roll over on this saddle. I had never seen my wife so mad, she grabbed a crop we had and I thought she was going to kill this horse. She got that horse back on its feet and lunged that horse for 30 minutes with the saddle on. After that she got on the horse and rode her. The horse was in a lot better temperament.
