I ate strawberries and milk with a little bit of sugar.
Then three oatmeal cookies with glass of milk.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Slow cooker chicken sort of stew, chicken stock with bits of meat in it (home made) ,2 chicken thighs , potatoes cut into small chunks with skin on and a carrot cut into chunks. Enough for 2 dinners and a bit of juice and small bit of meat left over that I might make into soup for todays lunch.

I ate some chicken noodle soup and some warm bread.

Nothing wrong with that! Some of them are very nice! I have sausage, chips and beans some days! Thats proper low brow food, but nice!

Ermmmmm........... a tosser is a male who likes to pleasure himself reguarly! It is a derogatory term. Similar to w*nker!

Council food is a endearing term for the low cost meals we grew up with as kids. We're talking beans on toast, bubble & squeak, ham, egg & chips, saussage chips & beans etc etc. Michelin starred cuisine it is not but it's filling, cheap and comforting.

Chicken curry ,my easy Mum's chicken curry recipe from one of my books but it is very tasty. Rice, steamed broccoli and green beans. Cookie and cream ice cream with a banana and strawberries.

This Friday evening I ate a ham and egg sandwich.  I also had a hard boiled egg.
