Hoi Sin duck is normally served in the UK with little mini chinese steamed pancakes, pieces of shredded roast duck, thin strips of spring onion and cucumber and hoi sin sauce (sweet and salty with a strong, rich umami flavour) you asemble the ingrediants at the table, drizzle with the sauce roll up the pancake and devour! It's served as an appetiser.

What Kim is doing is omitting the pancakes and turning it into a meal in itself with noodles which I bet is awesome!

Sounds nice. I don't own a slow cooker as I have a lot of free time but I bet the meat will be really tender.

I was going to do it in an instapot. I should be able to do it in about half an hour.
I do love a slow cooker. Put your meal in, in the morning and go out for your day. Come home and the house smells great and you have food. Win-win
