Fried okra is slimy. I push it to the side when I get jumble

Raw okra should be more slimy than fried okra.

Chicken Korma with spring greens, broccoli and rice. Spring greens from my curry book cooked in chicken stock and as I was short on greens I put some broccoli in the pan as well. Went well with the chicken.
