Unfortunately, I have never heard of Dr Rumer and if someone here on Susan's has then they will come along shortly and let you know. However, a quick search on the internet yielded the following link
Dr Kathy Rumer.. Maybe you can make an appointment and ask her some pertinent questions about the operation and go from there.
