The most snowy place in the world is Aomori, Japan.  It receives an average of approximately 7.92 meters (about 26 feet) of snow annually. Other snowy contenders include the cities of Sapporo and Toyama.  Aomori holds the top spot for snowfall.

Aomori is located at the highest peak of the Hakkoda Mountains, which contributes to its extreme snowfall totals because of the heavy precipitation from moisture filled clouds.

The geographic center of the contiguous USA (the lower 48 states) is said to be in or near Lebanon, Kansas.

That is true, but including Alaska and Hawaii (because we are an inclusive group), the geographic center of the United States is a point approximately 20 miles (32 km) north of Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Belle Fourche is north of where I used to live in Rapid City, SD, and north of Deadwood.

Dear Lori:
Your mention of the South Dakota towns of Belle Fourche and of Deadwood brings back a fond memory of when I took a road trip many years ago with some of my college friends.  Started in Montana, and as we crossed over to S.D. from Wyoming we ended up in a rain storm torrent just before arriving in Belle Fourche to fuel up, our vehicle started having engine problems, most likely caused water getting into the ignition.... we barely got it running and the engine was sputtering and quit a few times.... the worst is when we got into Deadwood, and strangely/appropriately the engine died.  We got it running again finally made it to Mount Rushmore, our desired stop on our trip.

The state capitol building in Iowa is very pretty.

Perhaps that is an opinion rather than a fact.

There is a park / gardens in Minneapolis with a lot of sculptures / artwork.

It has a horse sculpture that looks as if it made of sticks but it is actually made of metal.

There is also a large bent spoon with a cherry.

There is also a big blue rooster or cock.

There is also other artwork.

If you like Nickelodeon, it has an amusement park within a big multi-level shopping mall in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  There is also an aquarium at the mall.

There apparently is also a penis museum.  It is located in Iceland.

It is the Icelandic Phallological Museum in Reykjavik.

There is a Museum of Bad Art located in Massachusetts.  This museum showcases art that is intentionally bad or poorly made.

The International Cryptozoology Museum, based in Maine, is dedicated to the study of hidden or unknown animals.  It features exhibits on the Loch Ness Monster and Bigfoot.

The oldest grocery store in the USA in continuous operation is on Mackinac Island, Michigan.
