I have some cucumbers and was wondering how to make pickles from them.
I do not have to put them in a jar (canning them) as I just want to eat the fresh pickles.

I will look online for details but if you have an easy way to make pickles from cucumbers, let me know how, what to buy, etc.?  Maybe I need dill spice and vinegar?

Or provide a link to the video that you think makes for the simplest ways to make pickles.

Someone said pickles can be made by simply boiling them but to add the dill.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I have made pickles from a recipe I had long, long ago. They were dill pickles with mustard seed, garlic, onion, salt, and vinegar. They do involve canning, but they were a big hit. I gave away many jars of them as gifts.

My grandfather made what he called "Open Jar Dill Pickles". No canning involved, but you will need a large crock pot (3 gallon, I think.)

There is also the "Refrigerator Method" that might be what you want.

Try searching for "Open Jar Dill Pickles Recipe" or "Refrigerator Pickle Recipe," then see which ones sound interesting to you.

Good luck. Let us know what you found and how they turned out.
