I don't get the whole toilet paper thing, LOL. We do not have that in Britain. The only obsession we had with toilet paper was during the Covid lockdown. Almost 6 years ago. Where people were panic buying it for whatever reason. The whole Halloween toilet paper thing, I do not understand. Tonight it was raining hard in the UK. There was barely anyone around. Only determined kids who wanted copious amounts of sugar.
