I am grateful for all the nice people here.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I am getting ready for work.  I have a very nice outfit for today, feminine and pretty.  Just a little makeup and fragrance for sure.  A nice golden necklace and bracelet is ready to go.

I know that does not sound like anything spectacular.  It is just so nice to be yourself and go to work and interact with all as a woman.  It is what I have always wanted it seems.

No hassles at work.  Just fitting in.  I try to help make everyone see what value they contribute, and I do my best to work hard and provide direction and leadership.

I am still working on my voice.  It is a work in progress.

I am not that pretty at all but most anyone that sees me would at least at first think I am a woman.  A more careful look may tell them otherwise.  But that is okay.  I just have the wrong body for so long now. . .

Have a wonderful day y'all!

A few sprays of a feminine fragrance is such a confidence booster, and it's a nice way to express your femininity.

Yes, it can be for sure.

I do not use perfume all that much.  But I do use lavender soaps and body wash frequently.

I think going out looking like I should is overall likely more affirming although it seems second nature now.  A nice fragrance from the body wash or perfume is an added womanly touch.

I was very into perfume at the very beginning of my journey. Now, I prefer body sprays from
Bath and Body Works. I do love a good scented body wash too.

Quote from: ChrissyRyan on May 04, 2026, 05:02:14 PMToday was a give back to the community public service day.
Staffers that wished to participate got the added bonus of a half day off when it fits their work schedule.  Everyone not on vacation helped.

The guys did outside work and us ladies did inside non-construction work.
So I and other women scrubbed (and I actually wore red scrubs), dealt with ants, cockroaches, mouse poop, dirty dishes, filthy bathrooms and carpets and floors, and a disgusting kitchen.

Guys dealt with too high grass and weeds, trash, litter, dog poop, and other unpleasantries.  They also did some raking of leaves, gutter cleaning, caulking, and outside painting.

I am tired.  I showered but feel like I need an ultra sanitization treatment.

How can people live like that?  Ugh.  Their living situation is nicer, for the time being.

Chrissy

Everyone decided to take TODAY off as their "reward day."  The one who was on vacation is also taking a personal day today.  So I will stay home and relax too.

This will be a long weekend.  Perhaps I will go to TJ Maxx or a Kohl's and shop for some summer items and find a bargain.

I had most of the day off except I did have one work related call that lasted a while.
But it was productive and useful.

I look forward to the extended weekend.

I hope you have a nice one!

Chrissy, you are one of the most beautiful, genuine people I have ever met. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Always. You have the right heart, and soul. You are always there to make other people feel better. You always lift someone up who is feeling down. You always have a kind word for everyone... always. No, Chrissy, don't think of it in terms of being "pretty". You are genuinely beautiful.

You are the person a lot of us aspire to be. Looks fade, your heart doesn't. You have the right soul, Chrissy. And you have done for as long as I've known you. And that... that is the most important thing. You could be the most attractive supermodel that makes everyone around you swoon... but be the most horrible person on the inside because that's all you have.

You are the definition of beauty, Chrissy. The light that shines the way when other people feel they are in darkness.

Never lose that.

ChrissyRyan

I met with a long time friend who lives in a different town.  We had lunch.  It was a good time for talk.

He did not join me in my shopping later (I did not invite him) but likely he would not have had any fun at TJ Maxx regardless.

I did buy today a couple of red clothing items.  Can you guess right what I bought?

I hope you are having a nice day.
