Had legs, bums and tums this evening. I chatted to one of the other ladies whilst leaving, who struggled with the warm up dance moves as much as I did. We had a laugh and then chatted with her friend outside too. They said I should go to Zumba as they do. So next week I'm going to make a point of setting up next to them and chatting. And see if I can make Zumba with them and have a laugh messing up all the moves.

Also I put a hair band in which really helped with my sweating problems. And I just look sooo cool with those 80s esque vibes. I've definitely got something going on here that I like!

And i got a hello kitty watch.

I'm assuming that you are talking about exercise?

I'm a big fan of headbands like that. I started wearing them when I was growing out my hair, and didn't have enough hair to pull into a ponytail.

After speaking a bit with my friend I've decided I'm going to try working on achieving lactation. She has had some success using larger doses of progesterone and a breast pump. I'm going to try upping my E to 10mg injected so will just use the whole vial rather than wasting the leftover.

Later after my GRS I might try upping E further to hit pregnancy levels and see if that helps me achieve my aim further.

Will certainly be intersting

I had discussed this with my gynecologist a couple of years ago. I thought that might help increase breast size. She pointed out a couple of things.

She said you cannot safely maintain pregnancy levels indefinitely, and one of the major complaints women have after lactation is a loss of size.

She said that pregnancy-level hormones do cause the breasts to become swollen. But when they become "unpregnant" their breasts become "unswollen". That can be disappointing.

I am not saying "do" or "do not". I am just relaying what she told me.

Oh I'm not doing it for size. I've completely given up on that now as they are highly unlikely to grow 3 sizes now, even in a few years! Just going to get the biggest implants I can which wont be massive as my bases are classed as petite. If im lucky i might be able to get DD. I'll then pray for another bit of growth.

Only doing it as want to lactate for a bit!
