Stottie Girl

@ Charlotte. Don't get me wrong Charlotte, I love wearing dresses, skirts and heels. I have loads of them! I am just practising my everyday look for the future. I find it just as rewarding personally.

Make up is the same. If you're getting dressed up, go full glam on the makeup but I think you do need a quick everday routine too as I think that's the one you will be wearing most of all.

Thank you for posting this.
As new and excited as I am by this, the fact that I am also searching for an everyday look, makes me realise that this is a serious change in my life.

Check out the make up section on here for loads of tips. Plus Youtube is pretty good for finding tutorials and techniques but you don't have to buy the expensive make up brands at first, shop around and find what works for you.

Also Charlotte's idea of browsing the online clothing shops model pictures can help enourmously when finding your style. CIS women do this all the time. I'm still a work in progress on that front. I think I will always be evolving my style as fashions and my age changes.

I wore today what I call a preppy look. A nice long sleeve shirt and a pullover sleeveless argyle (front) sweater.  The back of the sweater is a solid navy blue.  Goes well with a pleated skirt I like but I wore pants today.  At the office.

I will try to post later.  Lots to get done here I see, to start the week off right. Still not pleased about airport arrival times before flights growing much longer.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.
