Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Pork Chops are fine. Prefer pork steaks. Lime juice for half an hour, chili powder, garlic salt regular salt and pepper. Air fried or grilled.

My Grandparents are silent generation. Everything is well done. I'd spend about two months of my summer vacation living with them. My Grandmother could/can cook but pork chops were pan fried until shoe and steak was cooked to the point that you couldn't tell it was ever a live.

So we'll do porkchops now because theyre inexpensive but those I avoided a long time and I still won't eat a London Broil.

If I do porkchops now, I use French onion mix with cream of mushroom soup and slow cook them.

Only with a sauce of cream, honey and wholegrain mustard.

Otherwise I'm not that keen on them.

I am kind of the same only because I don't feel like you get enough meat on a cut when a good portion of it is the bone. Especially the cuts you get in the UK, where probably most of it is bone. We don't have meatzilla cuts like you get in the US, lol. I prefer meat on the bone but it is not good value for money. The only exception is chicken thighs. They are like... the ultimate comfort food. But very unhealthy, relatively speaking.

There's a trade off. Bone-in cuts cook better for a few different reasons. You get more meat with a boneless cut though.

My wife prefers Chicken Thighs to breast Not as dry. I agree, I like to do boneless thighs in Golden Mushroom soup  with red potatoes.

Boneless thighs always seemed extremely weird to me. Like.. that's the whole reason you buy them.

In the USA we seem to be able to buy big pork chops that have bones.

Plus we can get them in really thick cuts, or the thinner cuts.

Yeah you can get basically everything monstrously massive, on the bone. Probably don't want to know what these pigs have been injected with to give you those monstrous cuts of meat, though. Kind of like your chicken wings. I have never seen a chicken that was so huge that its wings would fill up a YouTube food influencer. If the Kaiju ever attack the US... you have a whole army of farm animals to fight them. ;D
