Do you like going to buffets or having buffet style meals?

Perhaps an Asian buffet or a seafood buffet or a brunch buffet or at a conference having a buffet style luncheon or maybe one of those steak plus more food buffets or...?

They might cause some people to overeat, as the all you can eat buffets may entice some to "get more for their money."

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

This might be a UK thing but no, not keen.

I don't like cold butter so that rules the sandwiches out, I don't like quiche with onion in and so many people do that, I can't risk it. I'm not a fan of cold cheese and I always try to avoid going up early in case anyone thinks I'm a fat pig! By the time I get up there all the best bits have been taken. Vol au vents are pot luck too.

Going out to a restaurant type buffet might be slightly better but I always think the food is just warm not hot and I have to question the safety/hygiene of leaving food out in a bain marie for that long.

A carvery buffet on the other hand is excellent.
