Hi I'm AFAB/FTM/trans man. Started transitioning in 2022 at age 36. I grew up in a conservative/religious household and didn't have the best childhood. However I was able to move away in 2017 and am now 200+ miles away from birth family. Big believer in chosen family. I now have great social support, gender affirming care and positive mental health. I love my trans family.
