Biotin helps. But it is a B vitamin, and Bs work best together. I used to get a Super-B Complex vitamin at the grocery store. Take one tab in the morning and one in the evening. You can't overdose. B vitamins are water-soluable, so you will just pee out any excess, and it turns it bright yellow. Biotin helps hair and nails grow and is good for skin.
If you have labs coming up to check hormone levels, stop the vitamins about ten days prior. Biotin interferes with the lab results, causing false readings.
And that picture indicates you could rock a Pixie Cut. I think a stylist goes by your face shape. For me, it doesn't work, and longer hair works best. It took me six years to get my hair down to just above my nipple line. It needs a trim and style, I just haven't looked for a stylist yet—too many other priorities.
